Golden State:
G: Curry, Payton
G: Hield, Podziemski
F: Butler, Allen, Knox
F: Green, Post, TJD
C: Adams, Richards
Golden State gets off Kuminga, who doesn't want to play there, and Moody to add sharpshooting with Allen and drastically improve their center rotation with Adams and Richards. They also add an unprotected first and two second round picks.
Phoenix:
G: White, Gilespie, Goodwin
G: Booker, Huerter
F: Brooks, O'Neale, Dunn
F: Kuminga, Bol
C: Williams, Maluach
Phoenix resolves some roster redundancies by moving their excess shooting guards in Green and Allen for a new starting power forward in Kuminga, new starting point guard in White, and sixth man in Huerter.
Chicago:
G: Giddey, Jones, Vincent
G: Green, Dosonmu
F: Okoro, Buzelis, Knecht
F: Williams, Vanderbilt
C: Collins, Smith
Chicago trades in two expiring veteran contracts, who wouldn't be on the team past this year, for young interesting pieces that are both locked in to cheap deals in Knecht and Vanderbilt. Vincent adds to their guard depth but could become a buyout candidate.
They trade in White and Huerter for Green - a better player with a higher ceiling than either outgoing player, who would be a better fit next to Giddey and become their primary scoring option.
Los Angeles:
G: Doncic, Carter
G: Reaves, Smart, James
F: LeBron, LaRavia
F: Hachimura, Kleber
C: Vucevic, Ayton, Hayes
Los Angeles adds veteran talent to their roster and, more importantly, moves off future money in exchange for expiring contracts. They will have enormous spending power as soon as next off-season.
Houston:
G: VanVleet, Shepard, Holiday
G: Thompson, Moody, Okogie
F: Durant, Finney-Smith, Tate
F: Smith Jr., Eason, Green
C: Sengun, Capela, Bryant
Houston effectively does a two-for-one deal by trading Adams for Moody, and then using the savings from that deal to squeeze Bryant onto their roster - leaving them around 100k to spare against their first apron hard cap. They get younger and more well rounded overall.
