Mavs: get their starting Guard for the Future and cut 30 Million of their salary Cap in the offseason

Heat: Fully buy into Norman powell's current performance level. Add a top 3 two-way Player when healthy to their already good defense. Bam and AD as a Defensive frontcourt would be the toughest Defensive matchup in the League. I'd expect AD to play at an excellent Level for at least 4 years for the Heat due to their excellence as an organization and Spoelstras Coaching staff. He might even start hitting threes again and genuinely stay more healthy than he has in the past.
