In my opinion, this trade package is needed by each team to go on to their chosen path either rebuilding, play-in or into contention. Joel Embiid is playing an MVP level at this moment and 76ers(if Morey isn't sadistic letting Ben suffer) want that effort to be wasted they are willing to trade him to another team. In return, they will get Buddy Hield who is a sharpshooter, Domantas Sabonis, post playmaker, Harrison Barnes Spot-up shooter and Marvin Bagley, as a back-up. With this trade, the 76ers can dump Harris huge contract and can settle for less-term contract with these player.
In the case of Sacramento, they suffered long enough, I remember the time the last time they made the playoffs is that Kevin Martin is still playing for them and Boruto wasn't even born and Kyle Kuzma was in the Kindergarten. This trade make so much for them since having Fox and Haliburton is not effective. They need to let one of these talented players to go and we all know that Haliburton is the better player as of this moment(better defender, playmaker etc.) Also, Kings are in the bottom when it comes on the defense and with Simmons ability he can lift up them into the respectable rank.
In the case of Indiana Pacers, they can go to their rebuilding mode, there is a report that they want 2 first round pick in exchange for Caris Levert and a young player + picks for Sabonis. Green and Harkless are just fillers.
