Jazz: Missed out on keeping a top 3 draft pick. This allows the Jazz to draft Rutgers teammates Dylan Harper and Ace Bailey to build around. It comes at the cost of the #5 pick, Kyonte George and Lauri Markkanen. Clarkson is on his way out anyway. The Jazz have to take on some horrible contracts, but they don't expect to be good anyway because they are still rebuilding, and it allows for the Jazz to still have a "star" during the rebuild.

76ers: This allows them to offboard Paul George mistake and still have a first round pick. They get Larui in return which is an amazing fit alongside Maxie and Embiid because he thrives off the ball. Sixers are back in contention next year.

Spurs: Spurs don't necessarily NEED the number 2 pick but wouldn't trade down without getting a top 5 pick back. They don't need a PG in Dylan Harper, but getting Keyonte George that can play backup with Chris Paul on the brink of retirement would be valuable along with Jordan Clarkson who can be a microwave off the bench for a soon-to-be contending Spurs team. At the same time, they can move away from Harrison Barnes' contract and get a little younger that fits Wemby's timeline better.
