Please note, I don't believe this is a realistic situation, I will be doing a lot of speculation and this is mostly just a thought experiment.

Why the Warriors do this: Draymond loses the locker room and with no team wanting to take him without significant draft compensation, the Warriors decide to just waive him and let him pursue his real passion, defending LeBron on TNT. They've long had their eye on Caruso, Vucevic would be a good fit for their system, and Lavine gives Curry an offensive backcourt partner similar to what Klay used to be. Siakam will be impactful for a playoff push this year, with the benefit of being an expiring deal if it doesn't work out. Losing two firsts is the cost of trying to compete for the rest of Curry's career.

Starters: Curry, Lavine, Kuminga, Siakam, Vucevic

Bench: Caruso, Looney, Saric, GPII, Trayce

Why the Bulls do this: Between Klay and Derozan, the Bulls now have over 70M of expiring money, and more if they can use a disabled player exception on Lonzo. Although he may never have it again, if Klay can find his touch he might be a nice pairing with Derozan to be a not completely tanking team this season (which the Bulls seem determined to do). Along with that, despite his struggles this year, Wiggins isn't on that bad of a deal and is signed for long term. If the Bulls' rebuild or retool happens quickly, he could be a contributor to that team and if not, he could be salary filler in other moves. To make up for no young guys in the deal, the Bulls get more seconds and the latest first the Warriors can deal, hoping that the team declines as Curry ages and it becomes a nice pick. The Bulls explore other trades or the buyout market for a better starting center, as Drummond is not starter-caliber anymore and is the only true center on the roster that isn't 2-way.

Bench: Carter, Craig, Williams, Dosunmu, Terry

Why the Raptors do this: Siakam rumors have been abundant lately, and here the Raptors get 2 young guys, a first, and a second for him, a nice return for taking Paul on. The Raptors could buy him out so he can try to hop to another contender for his ring, or just hang onto him and take advantage of his deal being non-guaranteed for next year.
