This is 2 different trades:
1) A 3 team trade involving Minnesota/Memphis/OKC
2) A trade between the Lakers/OKC
For the first trade:
Memphis is trading $12.5M of their record TPE from the JJJ trade plus the Pacers' 2nd this year (which is currently number 32) for a future 2nd, a lottery protected 1st round swap from the T-Wolves, and Donte DiVincenzo, who they can flip at the deadline. Even if the swap doesn't convey they are gambling that what ever they flip DiVincenzo for will be worth more than number 32 in this year's draft
Minnesota is trading Donte DiVincenzo, a future lottery protected 1st round swap with Memphis (which might not even convey), and number 28 this year for number 32 this year (which some teams actually value higher than 28, as the player will be about 1/2 the price, but virtually the same quality), and up to about $4M in salary flexibility.
OKC is trading Isaiah Joe and 2 future 2nds for number 28 (which they would use to draft and stash Sergio De Larrea) and $11.3M in salary flexibility.
For the second trade:
The Lakers trade a future first round pick and a future second round pick for Lu Dort (who is one of the best POA defenders in the NBA, and in his prime) and his Bird rights in order to extend him.
The Thunder trade Lu Dort for a future unprotected 1st round pick from the Lakers and a future second round pick also from the Lakers, plus they get $18.7M in apron relief.
The Thunder would also decline Kenrich Williams' team option, draft Thomas Haugh and Amari Allen in the first round (along with Sergio De Larrea, who they will leave in Spain for another year) and Zuby Ejiofor in the 2nd round. Finally they will decline iHart's team option and then resign him to a 3yr/$75M contract at a flat $25M per year. The savings will allow them to stay under the second apron and will provide significant tax savings. This will leave the following depth chart:
SGA/Mitchell/Topic
Wallace/McCain/Wiggins
JDub/Caruso/Allen
Chet/JWill/Haugh
iHart/Sorber/Ejiofor
