WHO SAYS NO ?
With a lot of injury last season and stars who are getting older, the Mavs need to have a deeper bench and role players who can step up during big games. This problem is solved with Donte DiVincenzo, a player who can play PG and SG in the rotation, Maxi Kleber, an exeperienced center whon can help AD to rest, and Terrence Shannon to bring energy off the bench.
The Timberwolves need experience and players who are able to be clutch during crucial play-off games. With Klay Thompson they have all of that. Yes he is not very consistent everytime, but when Ant is injured or well-guarded, you need someone who can score 40 or more in your team. Because they leave a lot of players, they also get a 1st round pick.
The Lakers finally get their center with Derrick Lively II. Someone who can guard the rim efficiently and bring his pick-and-roll experience. They also get Miller because the Timberwolves need to balance their account. He can be trade latter for another player.
