Wizards Perspective: Embrace the rebuild, they have been stuck in mediocrity for too long, and although they could probably get a lot more value for Porzinges and Beal, Beal has a no trade clause so most of these assets are for Porzinges. If the wizards want to get younger, they can still move away from Herro and Oladipo. Oladipo is still a really good player but most teams are probably very worried about his health, Herro has a lot of value to a contender and I can see teams talking themselves into trading for him.
Heat Perspective: They would need to build a solid bench with vets and minimums, and if there is a team that I believe has the best chance at doing this its the heat, Porz allows Bam to play the 4 and is one of the best rim protectors in the league arguably better than Gobert. Although they give up alot of their depth in this trade, I trust the heat to build a competent bench around these guys.
