FIRST TRADE

Pistons trade: Cade Cunningham, 37th pick

Rockets trade: Fred VanVleet, Tari Eason, 3 FRP's (Includes 10th pick)

The Rockets would get their #1 option to pair with Sengun and they get to keep most of their young assets for future trades. This would also allow the Pistons to take on FVV's contract and decline it creating $40 million in cap space to absorb contracts. They also get Tari Eason who would slide perfectly between Duren and Ausar long-term as another wing defender who can space the floor.

SECOND TRADE

Pistons trade: 10 pick

Orlando trade: 16th and 25th pick

This would essentially help the magic go after guys like Anfrenee Simons or Darius Garland with a top 10 pick in this draft. I believe Portland would be much more intrigued gaining two lottery picks in the draft + KCP's contract instead of two lower end firsts. Detroit would now have 4 FRP's which they can use for their next trade.

FINAL TRADE (Draft Night)

Pistons trade: Simone Fontecchio, 16th pick

Boston trade: Jrue Holiday, 28th pick

This trade gets Boston out of the 2nd Apron guaranteed AND would allow them to keep Porzingus and up his trade value by the deadline next year. There are not many teams with cap space this offseason making Kristaps contract much harder to trade. Pistons get a nice defensive guard who can help develop most of their young talent for the future.
