The Lakers gotta be willing to part with their draft picks here, but if LeBron retires, you could always trade AD and get half of them back at the least.
#1: Lakers get a much more versatile 2-way wing in Cam Johnson. The Nets may be taking a bit too much in here, so wouldn’t hesitate to have any protection on the pick!
#2: Gabe Vincent gets a legit shot at proving that playoff run in 2023 run was not fluke. Start Gabe. Bring Tyus off the bench. A but undersized PG rotation, but I think we have the wing depth to make up for it.
#3 Lakers finally get their bruiser in Wendell Carter Jr. but the injury risk they will be willing to take here may just be fatal. But I do not see a center that fits better alongside AD and Bron in the current market.
#4: Get Lonnie Walker IV back! Dude was a bucket, may be a slight downgrade on defense than a GTJ, but he is a sniper. No idea how he is still on the market!
Starting 5: PG- Gabe Vincent SG- Austin Reaves SF- Jarred Vanderbilt PF- LeBron James C- Anthony Davis
Bench- Tyus Jones Lonnie Walker IV Max Christie Cam Johnson Dalton Knecht Wendell Carter Jr. Christian Wood Bronny James Blake Hinson . Maxwell Lewis
