Grizzlies
They run it back with a healthy team and the addition of MPJ and their #3 pick (Boozer/Peterson/Dybantsa). Unfortunately there is no market for Ja and maybe rehabbing him during a year where they look competitive is a better move than just trying to offload him for nothing. Grizzlies also have a bit of an embarrassment of riches in terms of role players, so losing a couple of them (albeit a couple of high value role players) shouldn't hurt them as much. With the new draft rules, they don't have an incentive to tank this season since they already had a high pick.
Nets
Capitalise on MPJ to get their pick back next year. Simple as that. They end up with a number of expiring contracts. Don't mean to be incentive by including Brandon Clarkes contract. I'm genuinely not sure how his contract would work following his passing.
Rockets
Do they give up a potential top pick in next year's draft to shore up their bench? Or do they look for their potential A1 guy in the next draft? I dunno. All I know is that Aldama and Jerome would fit like a glove next to Reed/Tari/Adams off the bench.
