Allen has been playing out of his mind and he's exactly what the Magic need, with them sometimes playing a 3 guard lineup with Suggs Bane and Black Allen can slot in as a SG/SF while adding more shooting. Flemming is an elite defensive prospect and can replace Issac's defense.

For Phenoix, they already have a lot of depth where Allen is playing, and with them being in the middle of the pack defensivley, they can afford losing Allen for more defense, here they get an elite defensive player in Issac, if it doesn't pan out, the rest of his contract is unguaranteed, they also get Howard who is a better prospect than Flemming and was top 10 in the 23 draft. They also get 3 2nds.
