The Lakers need a bigman after trading away AD, so my proposal has them sign and trading for Myles Turner in the off season. This would be a HUGE upgrade over Jaxon Hayes, and Turner would gel well with Luka Doncic. Indiana reportedly doesn't want to pay Turner over $30 million, so this is a cost saving move. By adding Rob Williams, and Dalton Kencht, the Pacers still remain competitive while being cheaper. The Blazers mainly do this to get something for Williams whilst adding more young talent and giving more opportunity to rookie Donovan Clingan.
