With the Desmond Bane trade just happening, it appears that the Grizzlies are either selling their roster or they could be using the 4 picks they got in the Bane trade to get a Superstar like Giannis, him and JJJ in the front-court would be the best defensive front-court in the nba and put them in serious contention, Bucks get their young star they can build around as well as a load of picks, and get off of Damian Lillard while he is injured, Bucks can stay in this years draft with heats pick and completely rebuild their franchise with the picks they acquire in the trade, the heat when Dame becomes healthy could be in contention for the east as well without giving up much of their roster now and getting off the Rozier contract.
