The Wizards get the point guard they need to round out their starting lineup. This trade balances out their team and nets them a defensive ace in GP2 that they can bring off the bench. The SRPs they are getting are nice as well.

Brogdon - Suggs - Franz - Paolo - Mortiz

WCJ fits the Warriors exceptionally well. He can shoot the 3 at a very high level for a big, rebounds exceptionally well, and is decent enough at defense to not be a total liability (playing next to Draymond should help here). This is a good deal for the Warriors because it can help them now and in the future.
