Blazers trade a very good young player who does not fit with Dame for defensive specialist in Caruso who pairs much better and two good defensive post players. Without sacrificing any picks, the Blazers pair Dame with a bunch of good two-way players (Poeltl, Isaac, Caruso, Grant, Payton, Hart) and Sharpe. As a bonus, with the protections removed on the pick formerly with the Bulls (now with the Spurs) they can offer the Raptors three first round picks for OG Anonuby (Isaac and three firsts?) if they really want to go all in.
