Draft

  • Pick 30 the Celtics select Carlton Carrington

  • Pick 54 the Celtics select Coleman Hawkins

Explanation: A pick for the future for the Celtics as Carrington provides depth at the guard position. He could be a solid playmaker off the bench in a few years. A potential pick and pop sleeper that can be added on a two way contract is who they target at the end of the second round.

Free Agency

  • Sign Gary Harris to a 1 year minimum contract.

  • Sign Marcus Morris to a 1 year minimum contract.

Leaving one roster spot open for a rotating bigs as needed.
