Incentive to make the trade:

Suns: will gladly take the extra draft picks in return for Kevin Durant. Since Paul George, Beal, and Booker arent are championship calibre "big 3" the suns look to rebuild their roster by trading Booker as the most valuable piece. The Suns will stay competitive with Colby White, Paul George and the depth added from their returns for Booker and Durant.

Spurs: By adding Booker the Spurs will accelerate their path to championship contention. They have enough assets to trade while holding on to their top draft selection.

Jazz: Trade away 2 expiring contracts for Vuc who is a Veteran with lots of experience playing Center and Vassell who they will have under control the next 4 years.

Bulls: Get rid of Vuc and White who they are not likely to resign for draft picks and Sexton who will replace White at PG/SG
