The Wizards hold a conditional 2030 FRP (protected by GS for picks 1-20) from the Warriors that is conditioned as a SRP if pick falls 21-30. So, the Wizards trade back that pick (or just keep it) for an assured FRP in 2031. DC also gets a SRP. Essentially DC is picking up a FRP in most circumstances as the Warriors will no longer have any of there talented vets by then and are forecasted by most to quite likely be a lottery team at that time. The Warriors get their center to guard Jokic, Embiid, etc. Worth it for other side? why?
