Magic: B- 4 picks plus a pick swap is a lot to give up for someone who has yet to make an all-star team, although considering how young Orlando's core is, those picks shouldn't be too valuable. I'm just parroting what I've seen elsewhere, but Bane fills the critical spacing need for the Magic without sacrificing their defensive identity and being about as young as the rest of their core. My only concern with him is his lack of creation of the dribble, meaning that you're banking on development from your two stars if you're Orlando

Grizzlies: B Getting 4 picks for Bane is a great haul, and KCP is not as bad as the offensively starved magic made him look. He should be an upgrade defensively over Bane and brings championship experience. My big question for Memphis is whether this signals some sort of reset where more of their mainstays could be on the move, or is there a bigger fish they are looking to acquire with these picks?
