BTW, Pokusevski accepts his team option in this deal, and this is for after Turner's restriction is gone, so like July 30 or something.
Indiana Pacers
Receiving
Aleksej Pokusevski, Good tall scoring big whos also young
4 Second Round Picks
Additional Actions
Draft Cam Whitmore at 6th
Explanation
This only might seem like not enough for Turner, but there's a reason why teams didn't trade for him for first round picks while he was available and ended up choosing others instead like Poeltl for firsts. Teams didn't rate him as high as firsts compared to other which is why they'd settle with this. If they want to extend their rebuild, trading Turner would be good and this could be their best option. Although he was extended so I'm not fully sure if they would actually trade him. Whitmore is good for them because they need a good PF and he can be that guy. I think they'd rather have Jarace but he might go before Cam so I put Cam instead.

Draft Jalen Hood-Schifino at 11th
Explanation
The Thunder are already a decent team, getting the 10th seed in the West and currently fighting in the play-in for a playoff spot. They're like a star player away from proper contention. This trade doesn't fully do that but it give them a better lineup. They need a proper and good big for them to start their winning. Turner is a good option for them because he compliments well with Chet since Chet would have problems from being backed down by bigger bigs in the post. This allows Chet to not play the C position and instead the PF position, making it so that there's less instances where Chet is backed down in the paint. He also takes the pressure off of the rookie coming of an injury Chet Holmgren because of how good Turner is at defense. Also, OKC could pick a guy like Gradey Dick at their pick but I feel like they'd rather go for JHS because they need more PG depth, now that the project of Tre Mann hasn't really been going well. (although he did get a triple double a couple of days ago)
