The Suns trade for a better fit around Booker and KD, as Jimmy provides them with everything they want Beal to do but can't. Defend, shot creation, and provide an edge to a team that desperately needs one.
The Lakers consolidate some assets for Beal, who is miscast as a 3rd option that sits in the corner. Beal with increased offensively responsibility is still an effective player. He's averaged 25 since Booker went out and looks more engaged all around. Beal lives in LA, and I vaguely remember Kevin O'Connor saying he'd waive the NTC for either of the LA teams. The Lakers dump Russell and one of Gabe Vincent/Vanderbilt, I chose Vincent for familiarity with Miami but Vandy works too if the Heat wanted upside and future assets in return for Butler. Wood and Reddish must be acquired by the veteran's minimum for cap reasons, and the Lakers at 11 players on the roster must sign/trade for 3 more players to be compliant.
The Heat get the 2031 Phoenix 1st without taking on Beal's money. Russell can be transferred in another deal for a team that needs offense, or kept as an expiring. Rui replaces Jimmy's size, fits the young core age wise, and if he doesn't is expiring next year. Gabe is familiar with Miami if they want a return, or they could target Vanderbilt if they wanted the defensive upside. I think that contract is a negative at this point with his foot injuries, but is an option.
All in all, I think it works for all teams. The Lakers might have issues with Beal's contract, but not having to give up any draft picks for Beal is worth it in Lebron's last years.
