• Jalen Duren for sure doesn’t want to be there, so instead of losing him in free agency, they should get an offer.

• Getting Chet is turning Duren into a way better offensive player but keeping some defence.

• The new starting five lineup has way more spacing than a Cade/Duren duo leading them.

OKC Reasoning:

• Jalen Duren provides much better rebounding and interior scoring than Chet Holmgren does.

• Gary Harris is a veteran 3&D player and Jenkins is a cheap young guard.

• They only give up Chet and one second round pick so they are the first to say yes.

ORL Reasoning:

• Orlando needs shooting badly and Cam Spencer is a great catch and shoot player.

• The 2 second round picks make the trade very reasonable for them.

• They can get another spark young guard off the bench for the vetern starting 5.

MEM Reasoning:

• The Grizzlies need to clear up roster space as they have 21 people on the roster. This helps them.

• By moving Cam Spencer, they can get more young guards in free agency or via draft.

• The draft picks haul is amazing.
