First off, the player being traded isn't Tobias Harris, but Kyle Kuzma, whom I already traded in this trade: https://fanspo.com/nba/trades/6hrH_hIU7d7KVi
The Cavs are trading D. Hunter, who hasn't worked out for them, and one "bad" first-round pick and two second-round picks for two role players who are playing very well.
The Pistons are getting another center in the mold of J. Duren, who has been working so well for them, and with playoff experience, plus a physical small forward, which is so necessary in today's NBA. This, combined with how they've started the season, makes them contenders.
The Wolves are taking a gamble on raising the level of their team, as Edwards wants to try to get M. Conley to win before he retires. Markkanen can be a big help since he's playing incredibly well, and they can start N. Reid at center, who has proven he has the talent. They also acquire I. Stewart to avoid being shorthanded at center.
The important thing for the Jazz in this trade is that they continue their rebuild by getting Dillingham and Beringer (who are relatively high first-round picks) plus one first-round pick and three second-round picks for Markkanen.
Finally, the Bulls are getting one first-round pick and one second-round pick for a player like Dosunmu, who is currently playing his best basketball, but I am rebuilding these Bulls with several trades that I have already proposed to them.
How the starting lineups would look.
Cavs:
Gardland/Lonzo B./Donte Divincenzo
Mitchell/Donte Divincenzo/S. Merrill
Dusummu/Max Strus
Mobley/Dean Wade
Allen/T. Bryant
Pistons:
Cade Cunningham/Daniss Jenkins/Jaden Ivey
Duncan Robinson/Caris LeVert/Jaden Ivey
Ausar Thompson/Ronald Holland/De'Andre Hunter
De'Andre Hunter/Ronald Holland
Duren/Rudy Gobert
(Heavy rotation of positions)
Wolves:
Mike Conley/Anthony Edwards/Bones Hyland
Anthony Edwards/Terrence Shannon Jr.
F/Jaylen Clark
Lauri Markkanen/Jaden McDaniels
Julius Randle/Jaden McDaniels
Naz Reid/Isaiah Stewart
(At times they have the option to play small ball with Randle at center)
Jazz:
Rob Dillingham/Isaiah Collier/Walter Clayton Jr.
Keyonte George/Brice Sensabaugh/Svi Mykhailiuk
Ace Bayle/Kyle Kuzma/Taylor Hendricks
Kyle Filipowski/Kyle Kuzma/Georges Niang
Joan Beringer/Walker Kessler/Jusuf Nurkic
(Even so, I would try to trade Kuzma in the future and acquire players for future projects)
Bulls:
Josh Giddey/Tre Jones
B. Mathurin/Jordan Hawkins/Bogdan Bogdanović
Jonathan Kuminga/Patrick Williams/B. Mathurin
Matas Buzelis/Patrick Williams/Noa Essengue
Jalen Smith/Zach Collins
(It's clear they need a starting center, which they would have to find via the draft or trade Bogdanović for a center like Goga Bitadze or Jaylin Williams/Thomas Sorber from OKC)
