Lebron back to Cleveland. Puts him closer than in LA in that stiff Western Conference, IMO. And Lebron goes back home in the hopes of bringing Cavs to yet another underdog title to his home town. What a story book ending that could be.

Lakers get younger, excellent pick-ups in Garland and Strus (the shooter), and they get younger, with a more viable path up the standings in the West over the next 3 years. Lakers should extract whatever draft capital they could get in the deal (1st rounder would be bare minimum). Lebron can move back to LA after he calls it quits.

Too bad the Lakers don't have the balls to make the deal.
