Dallas: Herro & Robinson fits there projected line-up better than what they have. What are they really giving up in this scenario? Clay & PJ, neither of whom fit the team any more. Robinson can do exactly what Clay did this year with less ego and in fewer minutes per game. Herro gives the a really good guard to by time until Kyrie gets back. Dallas stays super competitive and balances their lineup. This also take a lot of pressure off of Kyrie and frees him up a bit.

Spurs: This is more about Castles growth and the the Number #2 pick in Dylan Harper. They are going to be loaded with 6'5 guards. They need experience wing players who can contribute. At the same time they need to learn how to win. Replacing Vassell and Barnes with Wiggins and Clay might not seem a good return on investment but it is a culture builder. Keep exposing Wimby to real veteran pros.

Heat: Something needs to change. Herro is not a number 1 or 2. But he can be used to get one. These moves won't wow the league, but they will put the Heat in a wonderful cap position for 2026 without really sacrificing production. Vassell is real piece in this trade. Yes you sacrifice 5 points of offensive production from that position, but you also plug a defensive liability and free up Bam on the Defensive end. PJ, Barnes, & Middleton are there to bolster the 3 spot and bring real experience off the bench.

Wizards: Marshall for Middleton is an upgrade even if you have to take Rozier in the deal.
