After readjusting the trade, this is the most realistic trade, compared to a Kyrie trade and a Myles-Hield trade.

Lakers - They get 3 solid rotational players, Hardaway can start and act as a solid 3rd scoring option, Powell is a solid backup centre who can alleviate minutes from AD in garbage time and non-important games (since AD is injury prone), Bertans provides the much-needed shooting. This move is made to keep Lebron happy and prove to him that they are making win-now moves if a Kyrie trade fails to form.

Mavs- The Mavs do this to get off 2 bad contracts, the Tim and Bertans contract are the main reason they weren't able to sign Brunson because they are already locked into two bad contracts. Which is preventing them from improving their roster. This trade allows for them to get off 2 years earlier and they also get rid of Powell for a valuable FRP. Russ can be released or played, in fact, coach Kidd could run him off the bench and see if he is able to act as a 3rd ball handler behind Luka and Dinwiddie.

This is the MOST realistic trade, as this is the best package that the Lakers could get and a package that another team would be willing to agree to.
