Heat: Would be getting a star to help win now. They would sign Teague and recieve Shabazz to give them PG minutes. Beal would help them win now, and with the perfect combination of offense and defense, would be a legit title contender.

Wizards: Do this to go into a full rebuild. They get 3 extra firsts, and some young talent. They do this if they dont have faith in John Wall coming back from his injury.
