I saw a report saying the Pelicans could be open to trade Herb Jones (for me, that's a mistake)

The Magic would get an All-Defense Team caliber player to improve even more a top-10 defense in the league.

Herb could have a similar role as Jonathan Isaac in that team (with more minutes, obviously). Acquiring Herb would mean the Magic could part ways with Isaac (very injury prone) without worrying about a replacement.

In this trade, NO would get another 1st, who could be used on a big trade with the Lakers and Bucks picks they already have. The Pelicans would get other two 2nds a Fultz, who is a great floor general and can help them to compete this year. If they don't want to keep him longterm, he has an expirant contract which could be easily traded for a 3rd team, or open space in the cap to free agency.

Would be nice to see some feedback from NO and Magic fans, what do you guys think about this trade?
