Pros and cons for each team

-Lakers- Pros- You get a taller shooter in Simone. You get two young players, one being a center the Lakers need being Duren, and a prospect guard in Topic Cons- You give up Rui, which will always be decent for you, and any other team, one of your last two firsts, and two seconds to a thunder team that already has too much draft capital. Since the Thunder are in the west, it hurts the Lakers.

-Pistons- Pros- You get the Lakers first, always a good thing. You get a decent forward in Rui, and maybe tool him and some of your other bigger contracts to get a really good big, that missing piece that I think they need. Cons- You give up Duren. With him being only like 21, he has a lot more to potentially grow. You also have a bright spot in an aging Beasley to the Thunder for basically nothing, I think the thunder might have to give up a second for him.

-Thunder- Pros- You gain an elite shooter. Malik Beasley seems like the perfect catch & shoot option the Thunder need so Shai and JDub can create for when they run any ISOs. The Lakers seconds seem enticing for the thunder with the player they are sending out. In my opinion, there is such thing as being too deep, and with all these young guards (Mitchell, Topic, Wallace, Gilgeous-Alaxander, etc.) one has to go, and it seems like Topic is the odd man out. Cons- You don't get a first for Topic, that you might think he's worth.
