Suns send out KD, along with Grayson Allen & the contract of Micic. In return, they duck the second apron / repeater posibilites, and bring in KAT to be their second star. They also bring on 3 low(er) salaries in Holiday / Timme / Lewis to fill the bench, pick up the #26 in this draft, their own (now less desireable) 2027 1st, and a pair of 2nds far out.
Houston swings, and brings in KD and Mitchell Robinson (to upgrade the Adams spot from last season / play alongside Sengun in the double big lineup), and Allen to add range in at SG. They send out Green, Smith, Eaton, the #10 pick, and salaries. Pick-wise, they pick up the #19 & #27 picks in this year's draft, a protected 2026 WAS 1st, and get the Philly 2027.
Knicks send out KAT, Mitch, & their one tradeable 1st. In return, they get Smith and Eason on the last year(s) of their contract, along with Nick Claxton & D. Brooks. They lose an All-Star and a powerful defensive center, but are up 2 rotation players & get an early 2nd this year as well.
Nets send out Claxton, 4 picks between 19 & 36 this year, a future 1st, two future seconds, and take on around 20 mil in salary so everyone else ducks an apron. In return they get a player to build around in Jalen Green, the #8 and #10 picks in this year's draft, and still have Cam Johnson to play or use in another trade. It's a decent amount of capital going out, but allows them to do more of a reset against their current timeline and they get the Swap rights back from HOU on their '27 1st as well.
