Cleveland has been eliminated from the playoffs and are almost entering the second apron for this offseason which means you have to trade your bench or one of the core players to not go over the second apron. This is where Toronto should take advantage and ask for Jared Allen to make themselves in deep playoff contention, and Toronto should find a way to not give up their 9th overall pick this year. Therefore, if I was Cleveland, I would ask for Malik Monk from Sacremento to upgrade your bench and shooting, that's when they give up their first round pick and players such as Max Strus and Issac Okoro to sweeten the deal and convince Sacremento that they need depth so they can become "playoff contenders".
