This trade makes the pistons the best team in the East in almost every way they have a strong bench good athletic defenders a star PG and complementary scorers in Ivey and Porter as well as they move off of Harris who's on an expiring contract and get MPJ who's on a longer contract and is the better player but also doesn't burden them financially long term this for an all star caliber player they would be sad to lose Holland but for a one seed who has a great chance to win the East I'd say it's worth it

For the nets they are getting a young building block at the only position they don't have one Holland is a great young player with a lot of potential they also get 26 million dollars extra expiring money from Tobias contract they get a first and multiple seconds in the deal as well I believe this is a win win trade but maybe the nets would want the pistons 28 or 29 frp instead of the seconds but still this is a great return for a player who's been playing well
