Does this look fair for both sides?

For the Pacers, it slides Sabonis down to center. PJ Washington is a nice fit at the 4 next to him. Hayward gets his homecoming and provides additional playmaking from an unconventional position. Washington and Hayward are also able to spread the floor for Sabonis to work inside (something he hasn't been able to do well this season with so few shooters). The trade fits with the Pacers desire to "retool" rather than rebuild.

Pacers new starting 5: Brogdon, Duarte, Hayward, Washington and Sabonis.

For the Hornets, they get a strong upgrade defensively and get a secondary playmaker in LeVert. Turner gives them a fantastic anchor for the team's defense and can stretch the floor on offense so guys like Ball, Rozier, LeVert, Bridges and Oubre can attack the paint. The Hornets lose some outside shooting going from Hayward to LeVert, but gain a defensive upgrade on the wing and LeVert gives them a player who can push the offense when Ball sits.

Hornets new starting 5: Ball, Rozier, LeVert (maybe Oubre if they want LeVert as a versatile super 6th man), Bridges, and Turner
