HEAT- The Heat get one of the best point guards in NBA history, while also getting a young playmaker in Kevin Porter Jr. The Heat did trade away a lot, but it's worth it if you can get Dame from it. They also created a lot of cap space by getting rid of Kyle Lowry, Tyler Herro, and Duncan Robinson. After this trade, the Heat's starting 5 would be STACKED and they would definitely be one of the favorites to win the title PG- Dame SG- Kevin Porter Jr SF- Jimmy Butler PF- Caleb Martin C- Bam Adebayo

Blazers- The Blazers are trading away arguably the best player in their franchise history, but they got a lot back in return. They're getting a sharpshooter in Duncan Robinson and one of the best sixth men in the league in Tyler Herro. Another player they are getting is Usman Garuba. Usman hasn't lived up to his potential so far, but he is still very young and could be a key player for the blazers this year. They're also getting two firsts and three seconds. The Blazers created a lot of cap space by trading Dame and Simons. They get rid of two veteran guards so that the young guards get more experience. The Blazers will have a scary future with their starting 5 and their star sixth man.

Rockets- The Rockets may actually be the winner in this trade. They did have to take in some expensive salaries but Lowry will be a great coach to the Rockets young guards and Simons will score a lot for the Rockets. Lowry only has one year left on his contract and he will be turning 38 this season, so if the Rockets decide to resign him next season he won't be getting paid anywhere near that amount. The Rockets will have one of the brightest futures after this trade. They could be sleepers for the playoffs this upcoming season. Their starting 5 will be a really good offensive lineup and they will have a lot of young talent coming off the bench.
