Lakers get younger and don't have to worry about lebrons extension. They get shooters and probably the best duo defenders in the league in AD and Ben.

Nets get lebron to pair up with KD and Ky and form a superteam. They also get myles turner for rim protection and floor spacing. This will be probably the best team in the east.

Pacers get the 2 first rounders and also cam thomas so they can put Haliburton, Mathurin and thomas together and have a type of team like the thunder with shai, cp and shroder that was deadly.

IMO this would benefit all three parties because lets be honest the lakers aren't gonna compete for a chip and lebron won't want to resign with them and lose him for nothing. So they should listen to phil jackson. This only works if the lakers prioritize long term and not short term winning because ben is better than lebron in 4years.
