Heat trade Bam, Herro and Wiggins and start rebuilding.

First trade: Adebayo for Fox and 3 firsts. Contracts are similar, Bam is a better player, but Fox still decent, getting 3 picks is nice enough to trade Bam imo.

Second trade: Wiggins for Grant and a first. Grant's contract is bad, Blazers get 30M off next season and Heat get a first for an expiring.

Third trade: Herro for Jalen Green and a swap. Give Green the keys and see where he can get with the Heat. Only a swap is not that great, but this style of Pgs really have low value right now. Suns get a better player that fits better with Dbook aswell.
