Hawks go all in around Jalen, given the weak ass East. A Reaves-Dyson-Tari-Jalen-OO starting five with Ty Jerome, Hield, and Kispert adding a lot of scoring off the bench. They can use the money they're getting off of CJ to cover the Reaves extension, while retaining cap space to add Tari (or a similar defensive wing) and a second backup defensive 4/5.

Lakers won't win with Reaves and Luka in the same backcourt. NAW is a better fit, while still providing sufficient playmaking. Lakers then clear 50 mil in cap in the offseason and get a pick, allowing them to make a big trade / signing.
