Warriors move Kuminga on Jan 15 or trade deadline. Works but not till Jan 15.

Warriors get rid of Kuminga who clearly is no longer going to play under Kerr. By trading for Claxton the warriors fill the much needed Center position with a proper big with some size and paint/board control. Warriors also get rid of Hield who also has clearly fallen out of the rotation and Horford just is a Center for Center swap and to make cap work. Highsmith is a hustle player who would get the small stats when he plays when there is injuries.

Nets acquire a good talent with plenty of potential, and in a franchise that lacks star power Kuminga can play in a system that he may fit in as there is no star and he be involved in a game plan that is less 3 heavy fitting his playstyle. Trading Martin for Hield slightly upgrades there guard/wing spot off the bench and adds to there loaded shooting lineups. Horford provides some much needed Veteran leadership and experience that the nets need without bringing in a toxic ball handler who will not let the young guys keep control and continue to develop.

Rotations would be: Warriors: Starters: Curry, Moody, Butler, Green, Claxton Bench: Podz, Melton, Richard, Santos, Post Reserve: GP2, Pat Spence, Martin, Highsmith, TJD, Seth.

Nets: Starters: Egor, Mann, MPJ, Kuminga, Sharpe. Bench: Traore, Thomas, Hield, Clowney/Horford, Wolf/Horford.
Reserve: Williams, Wilson, Saraf, Powell, Liddel

Overall I think considering the 2 teams positions this trade is a win for both as the Nets get a young talent with some older players which they then can flip for young guys or picks in the offseason boosting their draft capital for the upcoming draft allowing them to continue building some youth development. Warriors get rid of the 2 players that have fallen out of rotation and for a Center who could help the warriors jump into playoff spots.
