Here's the deal: irl, the Celtics are very trying to retool and get shorter contract (usually expiring like Simons) on their roster as Tatum got injured, the Raptors, unlike the Celtics, have a very long contracted core that they trust, even though the only think we saw from that core is injuries, and more injuries.

So why not swap the mindsets? Obviously this would never happen but think- the Celtics get a long term PG who can score and stuff more consistently than Pritchard, and the Raptors trade for shorter contracts so they could build around Barnes and Ingram.
