This would be to me a win win for both sides the heat aren't good enough to win a championship so they trade Jimmy to Memphis for good roleplayers and make Bam the face of the team and surround him with heat culture type players Marcus smart is a 3&D guard Brandon Clarke is a good rotational center and Luke kennard can drop 6-12 points with elite shooting and the heat would ask for GG Jackson but Memphis would only add in a young Vince Williams as well as a 2025 pick that will probably be around 24-28. For Memphis this will add that final piece they need to be the top teams in the west with OKC,Denver and Dallas the line up would be PG:Ja SG:DBane SF: Jimmy PF:Triple J C:Zach Edey jimmy can fit into most teams but I think with the Memphis grizzlies he will fit rn in with the grit and grind type of mindset Jimmy would most likely be the 2nd choice or 3rd choice scoring option averaging probably around 16-18 and I think that it Memphis did the trade they could make it to the finals
