Warriors get Turner, Grant, Gordon, and McConnell for essentially their entire young core and every asset they have to make them championship favorites. To start, Grant, Green, and Turner would be by far the best defensive front court in the NBA. They get a lot on the offensive side of the ball too, with Eric Gordon being a great veteran sniper and McConnell a top-tier backup PG. Grant can also create his own shot and Turner can space the floor well for a big, meaning the Warriors offense would still work scarily well.
The Pacers get Wood, Wiggins, and Poole for Tuner, Lamb, Brissett and McConnell along with a first. Wood is a good rim-protecting and floor spacing big who can play the 4 and let Sabonis move to the 5. I know that Turner offers a lot of what Wood offers but more defensively-slanted, but moving Sabonis to center allows their offense to flow more naturally with more space and Wood has proven more dynamic offensively on the perimeter then Turner. That is not all, as they get Wiggins who is an overpaid but great two-way wing who can make up for some of what defense is lost with Turner along with Poole, a great young backup guard.
Pistons get a slew of assets for Jerami Grant. Kuminga is a forward who has the potential to be a freak two-way player in the NBA. Brissett has already proven to be a solid young forward and Moody could potentially be a great 3 and D wing. They get two first round picks to sweeten the deal even further. They would be bad in the short-term, but the future would be bright in Detroit.
Rockets get Wiseman and sold role players plus a slew of picks for Wood and Gordon. Wiseman has already shown in his young career that he can be a freak rim-protecting athletic center in a couple short years. He would also complement the Rocket's young core perfectly. They also get a solid backup big in Looney and a good veteran guard in Lamb to bring some experience to ground the locker room. Of course, they also get a plethora of picks, including a first and two seconds from the Warriors and a first from the Pacers.
