Why each team does this:
Cavs: Cavs do this because they sign Lebron, get Kuminga, get KD and Kyrie as well as Gafford and Bronny, get Dorian Finney Smith who is someone the Cavs have targeted before, and do this while getting under the second apron! If the Cavs want to pair up Lebron with Kyrie and KD with Donovan Mitchell, this is the trade to do it. Realistically the Rockets would probably have to give up a pick or 2 for Mobley with how high his trade value is, but this is a great trade for the Cavs.
Starting lineup: Kyrie, Mitchell, Bron, KD, Gafford.
Lakers: Lakers do this because they get rid of Bronny and Vando and get a trade shooter in Max who is on an expiring deal. In reality, no offense to Bronny, this is honestly just a one for one trade for Max and Vando.
Rockets: Rockets do this because they pair EVAN MOBLEY with Shengun AND get James Harden back, while getting a potential SF starting spot for PJ Washington. They get younger in Mobley in exchange for KD.
Potential starting five: VanVleet, Harden or Reed Sheppard, Thompson or PJ, Mobley, and Sengun.
Mavericks: Mavs do this because they get an all star center in Allen while getting Jabari Smith to pair alongside the younger Cooper Flagg as well as getting solid bench depth as well.
