This trade allows for Houston to do 3 things retool open up money for the Eason extension and add a lot of shooting 👌💦

The Hawks gain Ty Jerome here as he provides more scoring versatility and is one of the best bench players in the league they do lose Buddy Hield but with money to spend and Ty Jerome replacing him they definitely gain in this trade

The Bulls are just a small salary dump off for Houston here and actually do get an unprotected pick in the process so it works great for them it also doesn’t matter significantly that they take on money cause of all the expiring contracts they have

The Grizzlies are the heart of this trade it allows for Houston to freely move off of 12 million dollars

As for there involvement the only thing that may hold them back is them potentially wanting a protected pick or swap in the Jerome deal but besides that this works for them as well

To touch a bit more on Houston this trade greatly improves their depth shooting and overall chances in the west next season they also keep their defensive identity with keeping Eason and adding Wade a solid defender and Tre Jones a scrappy PG who can get steals
