Lots of things have to happen for this trade to be remotely plausible.

Kyrie has to convince the Nets there is no way he would return. They have to believe that he would go to LA for the MLE if he had to.

Charlotte has to think that paying more money in 2022-2023 is worth getting out of Hayward's money for 2023-2024 so they can retain Bridges. Maybe Russ would give back a few million in a buy out, but probably not.

KD has to think a core of him, Hayward, and Simmons has a shot of being good enough to contend for the East. Otherwise he would push for a trade and there is not point in Brooklyn pursuing this option.

All of these things happening is very unlikely and this this trade is very unlikely. It would be crazy fun though.
