This has a few too many moving parts, but it helps each team in different ways:

Clippers: Get Kyrie who they extend. The 3-man group of Kyrie/Kawhi/George can compete for titles with a pretty good case of role players surrounding them.

Hawks: Move-on from Collins while adding the 'Jae Crowder' like player to take his place (Covington). They also net a draft pick and the young & talented Terrence Mann.

Pacers: Simmons' switchability and rebounding is perfect next to Turner, who allows Simmons to play more in the paint. Pacers still have space to add a max, or near max, player in free agency.

Nets: Probably get the short straw, but no matter how the Kyrie fiasco turns out, that was always inevitable. Collins can work next to Claxton (unlike Simmons) and Hield provides a shooter/scorer who can create his own shot. The contracts are all easily tradable this summer when the Nets can use their picks to add whichever star guard becomes available.
