Why for each:

Cavs: Add some backcourt versatility. Depending on what else they do this offseason, Quickley likely starts and Brown comes off the bench. Would still have a lot of options to make another move.

Raptors: Use a couple pieces from the OG/Siakam trades to add another young player with All-Star potential. It will take some work to figure out the offense, but Garland, Barnes, and Barrett can be a dynamic trio on the perimeter. Raps still have pieces to make other moves as well.
