Suns: Get rid of Devin Booker, Bradley Beal, and other role players.

Reason: They need a different star player than Booker and Ja is perfect for that. Ja Morant is younger than Booker, and gives them another opportunity to do something. They also need to get rid of Beal because of the contract which holds them back. You might also trade Kevin Durant, or keep Durant to pair with Morant, then trade the contracts you got from the Hornets and go from there.

Grizzles: Trade Ja Morant

Reason: Ja Morant looks like an injured player who isn't fitting in their lineup. Booker is the perfect player to pair with Bane, Triple J, and their young core. They also get picks to trade on to get more assets.

Hornets: Take on the Beal contract

Reason: Get picks to rebuild for their future, then have Beal until his contract expires. Maybe trade the role players they got in return.
