Mavs:
Trade the veterans for 3 promising young players who can all shoot and fit very well with Flagg
They also get 2 great FRPs
Creating a young Lineup: Flagg, McCain, Murray-Boyles, Eason, Lively
Lakers:
Trading a FRP for Gafford + Klay - excellent depth and playoff experience
76ers:
get AD, still a top 30 guy when playing. If they manage their health right and keep one of AD and Embid in the playoffs with some overlap, they turn into a team nobody wants to see in the Playoffs
For that, they give up McCain, who has big potential but no real place in their current Roster - a team with two 6'2" guys in their lineup will probably not be in contention
Dumping PG-13's contract is also a big win
Raptors:
While coming back from injury, Kyrie will still be a big upgrade from Quickley, especially considering IQ's contract.
Rockets:
The Rockets must have a Good playmaker, shot creator, and facilitator - wings are not enough, and Sheppard isn't there yet - This is exactly what Quickley is. They are losing Eason - a great talent, but one who is too low on the food chain - and he won't get the contract he wants nor the playing time he believes he deserves.
