Pistons: Saddiq is rumoured to be traded. Here they can get back a young player with Nesmith, as well as 2 current year frps, although it gonna be low picks, it can convert way sooner than other picks so it helps the Pistons success sooner

Pacers: I think Saddiq is just a perfect fit, letting Mathurin to play the 2, running offense through Mathurin and Hali, Saddiq can just be the Mikal Bridges for the Pacers, being a 3&D besides a floor genenal and a scorer. I can see so much similarities with the Suns team with this move, and therefore I think this will be a surprising move that the Pacers love to make, should give them immediate success and become a huge darkhorse in the playoffs
